This sounds like a yummy, but basic, recipe. I would certainly add fresh garlic, and if I had them, fresh herbs rather than dry. I would serve this as written, but I would add some finely diced tomato . . .

This sounds really yummy to me!
I would probably mix some herbs in, perhaps some chives or lemon pepper just for some extra zip.

I am not sure why anyone would bother with the fried basil, I would toss it in near the end of the cook time.

This recipe sounds fantastic!
Of course, I would marinate mine much longer and I would definitely add some fresh lime juice. I have also never seen boneless chicken breast with the skin still on. . . .

Rather than poach the chicken, I think I would saute it in olive oil and toss it in the finished sauce to heat through. Otherwise this sounds pretty tasty.

This sounds very good to me. The only change I would make is that I wouldn't add the sugar. Why would you need it with the sweetness of the pineapple?

I love the idea of using the red pepper in the marinade, giving this additional flavor. I would use fresh squeezed lemon juice, rather than prepared. I have learned that the fresh really makes a difference. . . .
